Bonitas Boncap option - do not cover Covid test or blood test - always outs of network

My Mother had to go for a covid test and the doctor gave her the Ampath request form, my Mom was not feeling well have way and stopped at the middle of the road. She contacted me for help, she had fever and passed out a couple of times in the car. I just rushed her to Ampath as she pleaded not to go into hospital. Now you guys are saying that she was out of network, ok please advise how a person can think at a time like that and google doesn't stipulate where you must go. Boncap is looking for reasons not to pay. I see it with the group at work as I deal with their medical aid. No one knows what to do.
