Bonitas (Boncap) Medical aid.
Boncap which falls under Bonitas delays in paying your doctor's claims which causes conflict with my doctor , a lot. They have poor customer service skills , on Whatsapp its a delay , via email , it's a delay , they take days to respond , sometimes they don't respond at all. I don't recommend Bonitas Boncap medical aid, it's a waste of your money and a free headache. Not to mention the amount given for over the counter medication, it's ridiculous , unrealistic.
