Bonitas boncap medical aid

This is now the 2nd year they have problems, the website is not working the app is not working I spend R200 airtime from the 5th of Jan 2025 trying to get a hold of them, and when you do get to a agent and your airtime is running out they say we will phone you back, they don't phone back, I am so sad that this is the medical aid we chose we have had problems from the 1st day I am fed up I am considering canceling my membership and going to a nother medical aid we pay every month we don't use our benefits at all and in return you get nothing I am done. They want your income verification I send it on the correct date and I sended it 3time since 6 of Jan 2025 for them to help me something is wrong on their side like really somewhere inside of the company they need retraining or whatever because whatever they are doing now clearly is not working.
