Bonitas Boncap is the worst medical aid, would not recommend unless you want your premiums debited timeously but no support when needed

The Bonitas Boncap medical aid is the worst medical aid available, after receiving Preauthorization for a procedure in August, they have not paid the service provider, firstly the claim was not linked, then it was sent to Hospital Preauthorization Department and now no one has a clue what to do so they keep putting me on hold or cutting the line, totally useless and pathetic service!!
