Bonitas BonCap incorrect Tax Certificates still not corrected
Bonitas confirmed 2024/25 BonCap tax certificate errors on 28 July 2025 Escalations via email (***), WhatsApp, and calls promised 5-day fixes—still no corrected .So far spoke to 6 agents online including a Supervisor I need the corrected tax certificate for SARS filing or a letter confirming the error as promised.The third certificate sent on 11August 2025 still incorrect
