Bonitas Boncap, false add on their app?
Bonitas Boncap option state on their app, if i visit a specialist, that includes MRI SCAN, AND CT SCAN, ECT.
I went to a specialist for my neck and she referred me to go for a MRI Scan. A day before the scan the medical aid refuse and told its not covered by them. And secondly everytime I get medicine, and the Dr work from their formulair medicine list they decline it and say its out of formular. Everytime then i must use my food or petrol money to get medication. I dont think that is fair.
