THE ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL AID I HAVE EVER BEEN ON. YOU DON'T RESPOND TO QUERIES.
MYSELF AND MY BROKER HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND AND ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER, AFTER RESENDING DOCUMENTS BECAUSE OF THIS AND THAT, STILL GET TOLD THE CLAIM WILL NOT BE PAID BECAUSE OF THIS AND THAT.
I WANT TO JUMP THROUGH THE ROOF I'M ABSOLUTELY FUMING.
YOUR MEDICAL AID IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
I JUST CAN'T DEAL I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT!
