Bonitas blue ticking me

I am so disappointed in Bonitas. I left the medical aid end of Feb 2026 due to employment requirements. I had savings left and this I confirmed through a call after I received a statement. I have been requesting for a R900 odd refund from 12 March 2026.i was told I need to wait 3 months, which I did. I June 2026 I requested a refund and the only response I get from them is that my request has been escalated. EVERTIME I FOLLOW UP. Why can't someone either refund me or tell me what is causing the delay. This is so wrong!!!!!
