BONITAS BENEFITS (DENTIST) NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE

i am ****ed to the highest level of pistivity with bonitas ,last year march/april I went to dentist at the umhlanga medical centre as wanted my tooth to be removed so the dentist claimed for it and they saying they will not pay for this and I cant be liable for this as bonitas did not send me my medical package nor document since they had my email address incorrect ,I had to call numerous time to for them to get it right and I wont be liable for this mind you I have been paying R2000 a month for them to not pay R1300 AND WORSE I MUST NOW PAY LEGAL FEES
