Bonitas

I apply for Bonitas asked them to start my cover 1 March. Here everything stated wrong and can't get any joy out of them. On numerous locations I asked them what will my contributions be monthly. Every time R1480.00 ok then.all of a sudden I need to fill in a avadavis and please note I was all my years on a med aid. I fill it in and ok all is good. End Feb 2 debut orders of R2002.00 went off??? Try to find out why and how come so much? I'm in arrears...how the he'll can I be in arrears if I only received an.email now and that I'm not covered till May? And how come R600 more for penalty if I was on med aid all the time and that I had a avadavis??? Can't get any answers or joy out of them after email and emails. Very upset with them, maybe a good sign to go somewhere else.
