Bonitas Bad service

For the last two months i spoke to so many of the call centre agents at Bonita's regarding the Bonita's Mobile app that cannot work on my wife's phone and my email address that must be changed, the last person i spoke to on the 8th Feb2023 told me her name was Ambitious, she was not able to assist me and so I requested to speak to her team leader, she advised that the team leader will call me back she said the team leaders name is Joyce Peri, I still have not received a call from Joyce.. Really Bad Service
