Bonitas - Bad experience

I have been with Bonitas for a couple of years now,never has problems with them till recently.The service was always the best and i could recommended them to any person.Bonitas decided in June to change the company who handle their admin on their behalf and then everything fall apart.I recently went for a small procedure in hospital,got my Hospital authoration and went for the procedure.Then all my problems started.I am reliable for all the accounts because there is no letter authorise me to do the procedure.The service is now so pathetic and i can not recommend Bonitas as a trustworthy medical aid anymore.Their word is not worth the paper it send to you.Sevice lack ,you cant speak to them directly.Hold on the phone for hours and no service at all.Please stay away from Bonitas,terrible experience and it is not good for your health
