Bonitas Bad customer service
I called in on Tuesday 29 April, to find out about my dental visits as my son needs to go to the dentist. I then was told by the dental section of Bonitas people that my account is inactive because of payments not made, I asked for a statement of all the payments I made so I can understand why and make payment where necessary. I called in again Wednesday and was told that the correct details were not captured by the call centre person. The person on Wednesday said that I need something called a reconciliation but the phone conveniently went off when asking for the call reference.
I had to pay for my sons dental visit.
I've still heard nothing from Bonitas
