Bonitas- bad customer service

Nthangeni was instrumental in finally getting my daughter added as a dependant after 2 months of queries, call and emails to Bonitas. I am grateful to him. I am disappointed in Bonitas, my daughter is finally added but not as a student as I have asked in numerous emails. No one at any point advised me to send proof of registration as a student. I was also not advised of my installments, I was particularly shocked to find out that Bonitas made the decision to debit me with 3 months contributions for my daughter. WHAT!!! How could I possibly afford that and why would I not be informed of this. Bonitas have unilaterally made decisions on my behalf without proper advice or consult. And your whatsapp line is not working, I was "connected to an agent" 22.02.2022 but have had no interaction as yet. I have submitted numerous complaints on the complaints line and have not been afforded a response.
