Bonitas Baby bag

I received an email from the courier service saying I should confirm the delivery address for my baby bag. Its been over a month now since I last heard from them. I called the baby line to find out whats happening and they know nothing about it? I mean what incompetence is this? This is the 2nd time I called to follow up on this issue. The first time I called, they said they will get back to me. Nothing happened. That's when i decided to call again to call again after a week. Can someone please assist with this issue.
