Ever since Bonitas was taken over by Momentum Group, their response time is pathetic. I called the call centre, held for an hour and 23 minutes, still couldn't get to talk to any agent!!! I sent tons of emails and ZERO response; I spoke to their AI bot on their website and someone would call me back and it never happened; sent them WhatApp messages and still NO response......WHY!!!!!! Their business seems to have taken a terrible decision to join Momentum cause the staff seem to care less about us anymore, they seem disgruntled and we as customers suffer.....SIES maan Bonitas
