Bonitas asking for additional funds

Bonitas client call centre and credit control are claiming extra payments, when they don't understand normal accounting.

I received a statement that I owe R11810, in June of which I paid 5905 in 2 separate amount. Now they still say I owe 5905, and suspended my benefits. I am so done with this. This is the second occasion where I now spoke to 3 people. Promises were made to call me back yesterday and nothing. I called back this morning and again, the same thing was said.
