Bonitas are useless and *********

Bonitas are one ******** useless medical fund.

They give you benefits that are almost impossible to use. I tried at 2 different GP's with the given ICD 10 code to utilize this Wellness Extender benefit without any success. Both GP's system could not take this code. A Bonitas consultant advised me to pay cash and just claim back the money from this benefit. I did this and have been struggling for a month now to get a refund.

Now Bonitas tell me to go ask the GP to manually amend the invoice to reflect this "correct" code. The same code that the GP's system was unable to take. And obviously the GP is reluctant to do this so now I'm not getting any resolution to my queries. I keep calling and wasting time and money.

I will probably have to accept defeat with this useless and knowingly ********* medical aid.
