Bonitas are USELESS
Despite having taken Bonitas membership 6 months ago, I still have not received my medical aid card - neither the physical nor the e-card. Their app returns the message "We couldn't find an existing account for this member" despite my continuous payment. I've sent them countless emails and made countless calls for the past 6 months to no avail. I have to pay cash for consultation despite having a so-called medical aid! Bonitas are top notch ****mers!!!!!
