Bonitas are *******!!!
Bonitas is the worst Medical aid I've ever used, in June I paid the R4994 because of their miscommunication between them and my company with regards to my beneficiaries. They are now saying I owe them more than R1500 what for because the payment that I submitted was given to me by their credit control person. It's time to move to another medical aid wich does not exploit people. Argh I'm so angry I could just cancel now if I didn't have kids
