Bonitas are driving me insane! When it comes to honouring their side of the contract - paying - things go astray.

I was a very satisfied Liberty medical aid member. My son's chronic meds were paid for and they were on top of his profile. Liberty understood that the cyst in his brain causes his Epilepsy, mood symptoms and concentration problems because the Neurologist informed them of his condition. I had no issue with payment for his Neurologist or his blood tests. Well - in walks Bonitas and decides that Liberty that was at fault and cancelled all the above mentioned benefits. Blood tests are rejected, chronic meds are rejected and I was told that I need a reference letter from a GP to refer me to my son's Neurologist who has been treating him for 12 years. This has been on record with them for more than 2 years. This is totally unacceptable. Please, somebody at Bonitas with some influence, contact me and help me to sort this out. Please!! The bloods and Neurologist have been rejected.
