BONITAS AND PHARMACY DIRECT SUCKS!!!!!
Still no CHRONIC MEDICATION and lots of confusion with BONITAS MEDICAL AID. Huge and high Co-Payments. I phone the Medical Aid. They blame Pharmacy Direct. I phone Pharmacy Direct. They never answer and when they do it is Bonitas fault. I am so LIVID!!!!!! I AM CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP TO THIS USELESS SORRY EXCUSE OF A MEDICAL AID. I CAN'T EXPOSE MYSELF TO THIS TYPE OF ABUSE. NO WAY!
