Bonitas and Pharmacy Direct.
My wife is a serious diabetic and on cronic medication. Some time ago Bonitas made us use Pharmacy Direct for the delivery of her cronic medication. Since then we were subjected to the incompentency of the Pharmacy Direct staff. On numerous occasions this last few years my wife ran out of medication because someone at Pharmacy Direct messed up her delivery. Again this month the same happened. Pharmacy Direct and Bonitas are ignoring my emails which reulted us in purchasing the medication at a pharmacy at our own cost, even though we have a medical aid. If you are a diabetic and need your medication on time, think twice before you join Bonitas Medical aid.
