Bonitas and not clarity of their plans and no approvals

Having Bonitas Primary and have unlimited hospital care. Need to do a fusion but they not paying the hardware. They don't say that anyware when a person sign up and it is part of a previous pmb case so I would say it needs to fall under pmb again. Then I need after care at home after the operation because I must basically stay in bed but they don't approve. Do they think a person must stay then in hospital the total time of recovery and this is after I communicated with them that I will be going for an ankle operation and they say they allow for a ceratin amout of home care per year on my medical aid plan. Shocking

A week later with no update. Struggling alone without a carer and my health going down the drain. Doesn't seem that Bonitas care although there priority should be the health of their members
