bonitas and MY SAVINGS and them just DELAYING DELAYING NO ANSWER, except ref numbers and 'waiting time"

MY PATIENCE IS AT ITS END!!! SINCE FEBRUARY THIS MATTER HAS BEEN DRAGGING. They seem to play for time or just take forever! After numerous emails sent to bonitas where no one has helped I eventually got in contact with a bonitas consultant telephonically to request the Denis claims not paid letter. I have been successful in obtaining this letter. Please see attached this letter and the required attachments to process this matter and reimburse from my savings. They don't answer their WhatsApp line, they don't call you back when you run out of airtime (200 plus spent - "our consultants are busy bla bla bla, ring ring, some one picks up and hangs up immediately!!!)

This matter has been long in waiting and is urgent, since February. Thank you. I have paid for the full invoice. Bonitas and Denis did not pay for the treatment carried out. Hence why I have given authorization to utilize the current savings/accumulated savings to be reimbursed back to me, which they just do not do.

Good day Bonitas

Thank you for your reply. The matter has been brought to your 'attention' again, and your reply is 'investigate the matter' and 'be patient while the query gets resolved'....at 22 Mar 2023, 09:28.

This has been the 'hanging,. waiting, delaying, procrastinating. How much patience is still required?'

Time to resolve? (Issue from February 2023 to 24 March 2023 and?)

Regards
Grantt

To Bonitas

AGAIN: The matter (*SEE DISCUSION THREAD BELLOW), has been brought to your 'attention' again, and your reply is 'investigate the matter' and 'be patient while the query gets resolved'....at 27 Mar 2023, 09:25

This has been the 'hanging, waiting, delaying, procrastinating, AND STILL IN 'LIMBO'.
How much patience is still required? ('CURRENTLY FEEL THAT THIS IS A BENIFIT NOT COVERED BY THE SCHEME'. Or, is there an, 'ICD10 code' for: dally, dawdle, lag? Surely this mater of claim from my savings, the continued correspondence, the correct documentation sent over and over again, more correspondence on the last required document to be sent with all the previous documents again and now communication on this platform should be seen as prolonged.

Time to resolve? (Issue from February 2023 to 27 March 2023 and?)

When reflecting on my previous claims at bonitas from my savings, they were all successful and lead time for completion was reasonable. It is very disappointing that it has resorted to public review to get a somewhat kind of vague unclear open ended response.
