Bonitas and Marrara. perthitic

From Bonitas uses Marrara pharmacy. there just problems, you don't get your chronic medication in time, you can mail Bonitas, there response take it up with Mararra its not there problem we must phone Marrara, i went to disc hem to fetch my meds. they sent the meds but i run out of my chronic medication this month as well, its 2 weeks late, My wifes medication was summitted on the 24th of February 26, Marrara phoned yesterday and cant give a reason why the meds is not delivered yet.

I receive meds on m previse Script. What must i do with the meds sell it for drugs', Its means Marrara can waste the medical aids money, and mine.

How do they think we must go with out owe cronies meds. Strange Bonitas sent letters to keep you safe and care about ower well being. I think that is nonsense.

I sent about 5 mails no respond from Marrara, Bonitas sort it out with Marrara they are responsible.

What type of medical is Bonitas that don't care about there members.

*****ed from Marrara maby, to sent meds that's not on script, No where did i see refund or reversal for Marrara.

When I went to Dischem for my chronic meds (that was outstanding from Marrara ) a week later they sent the meds again. How, if i alredy supmit a claim, how does Bonitas allow schedule 4 medication to be submitted twice a month.

Now Marrara don't want to sent meds because of the 2 claims in February fine.

If we end up in hospital or worse die its fine with both parties. How do they think I must Pay twice in one month.
