Bonitas and Marara Pharmacy - the worst nightmare

Bonitas is the worst medical aid to deal with. I still ask myself why have I stayed with Bonitas for more than 10 years and endured the abuse of their frustrating incompetence! To add insult they choose to partner with yet another useless service provider Marara Pharmacy. I diligently receive a regular reminder 2 days before my monthly subscription is due but they do not they do not bother to get their processes in order to provide chronic medication without when it is needed.
