Bonitas and Liberty are keeping refund to be paid to member for more than 1 year, and still not being paid

<p>Again....</p> <p>I dont think that Liberty and Bonitas do care about their members or what is owing to them.... I would hate to know how they would react incase of a emergency, as this is now going for one year and still struggling to get paid the refund owing to me. will this ever get resolved, as the feeling i get is they dont care.</p> <p> </p> <p>Struggle to get refund from Bonitas since April 2016 - with excuses and delays and shift blame to Liberty</p> <p>Hello Peter....</p> <p>How long will it take for Bonitas to solve this problem, My question is do they keep the money to earn interest on If they dont pay the members out wats owed to them, going in for now a year...or are they not interested in helping the customer, due this response that is why i have cancelled my membership, as they are now trying to shift the blame to Liberty, but the problem was Bonitas original..... so is there anyone that can assist or does this now became a legal matter where i can claim interest on the money owed to me. is this now becoming a small court matter... as i have all the evidence of correspondence, and no help.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have logged this complain awahile back, and have a list of reference numbers and continuious following up with them.... 14 April 2016 / 9 Nov 2016 / 23 Nov 2016 / 12 Dec 2016 - received another form to complete again from Bonitas 13 Jan 2017 / I reply via email again on the 7 Feb 2017 today 14 Feb I phoned again, and now the blame gets shift..... </p> <p>So is this now a matter for court, to prove they dont pay the money due to me.</p> <p> </p>
