Bonitas agents mislead members Horrible experience
I suffer from Schizophrenia and was misled by several agents at Bonitas call centre into believing I have 15 consultations with a psychiatrist, only to find rejected claims these are the phone calls and reference numbers ***-Teboho confirmed 15 consultations with psychiatrist ***-Houston at bonitas confirmed that the rejected claim will be funded and gave ref: ********** 57 for appointment on 10 June 2019 at 10:30. ***.The call centre agents will mislead you and then you will find rejected claims absolutely horrible
