Bonitas Administration Sucks

My medical aid has been suspend as I apparently owe R1.5k. What it's for, nobody seems to know. Mind you Bonitas debits my bank account monthly for premiums. I called the call-centre and was told a credit controller will call me back to give me details, this never happened. I then sent an email to ask for details all I got back was "yes you owe". I drove to the Flora Centre, Roodepoort walk-in-centre but they couldn't figure it out and told me they'll call me back on Tuesday once they spoke to credit control, needless to say that never happened either. Mind you I found out by accident that my medical aid was blocked, they didn't even have the decency to at least send me an email to let me know. What is frustrating is that Bonitas does the debit order deductions and somehow they got it wrong and now it's my problem. On the other hand they again took March's premiums whilst on the other hand they have frozen my medial aid and can't use it. 3 consultants later, weeks later I'm not the wiser what it is that I supposedly owe.
