Bonitas ADMIN is disappointing
BONITAS have no diligence in their administrative work. You constantly need to call to check on their processes to make things will go right. I have sent a claim almost 2 months now and they keep making mistakes that are costly.
My admitting Dr requests cash payments so I made the payment and sent the claim to bonitas I have been struggling ever since to get my money back ðŸ˜....
They just keep making administrative mistakes that don't make sense and are costing them their reputation and the quality of their staff members.
