Bonitas accepts and rejects claims

Bonitas is one horrible expensive medical aid that does not want to pay anything themselves. Almost ALL of my claims were accepted by the medical aid on query and when it came time to settle the account, the medical only touched my savings plan. The company has never used any of the benefits that I was paying for and now I am having to settle a number of bill after they had depleted my savings account. On top of that, the medical claims I owe it R600. My company and I were paying more than R2000 every month for the COMPREHENSIVE option!<br> <br> I will NEVER recommend this medical aid to anyone, EVER!
