Bonitas above inflation increase + less value???

Bonitas I very displeased, I received my 2016 benefits on my plan & saw that the premium per month increased 10%(more than inflasion) Worst we are now only allowed to go 8 times a year to the doctor and not 12?<br> Calling you costs money.Why are the price increasing and the value dropping?<br> I also received the 2016 income verification documents.On the documents it CLEARLY states,you need a copy ofmy payslip OR other documents. I faxed it through on the 2nd of October and then I received a final worning email that you did not received anything. I called Bonitas and the person I spoke to said they did not received anything.I then emailed & fax(again) the form & payslip & 3 months bank statements.Now I received another email asking for more documents. <br> Bonitas this is unacceptable, every time I have to ask someone to fax/scan very personal documents of mine. <br> Please let me know regarding the 8 visits & if you do not except my income verification so than I can start looking for another medical aid.<br> Lastly, we are not happy with the only one network doctor in my area, please let me know if you are planning to ad more from next year. Dr.Kotze refuses to give meds more than +- R10 Thanks :)
