Bonitas a la Angi kudos
Often call-center interactions can be rather trying. It is always a blessing to be served by someone who is genuinely interested, caring, smart and efficient. This occurred recently during my interactions with Bonnitas by an agent named Angi (Angelique) Pretorius. This is a shout-out for the service I received from her. Many thanks and much appreciated.
