I received an account from the cardiologist in Pretoria who treated my husband in June 2023. They claim R15,000 from me for "in hospital treatment" that wasn't paid by BONITAS. According to them I didn't complete a health assessment form which I did in March/April AND HAD NO AUTHORISATION.....BUT THEY PAUD THE HOSPITAL!!!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? CAN HELLO PETER HELP ME? OUR ONLY INCOME GOES TO PAY THE MEDICAL AID AND INSURANCE
