Bonitas ***********

My wife saw a specialist in June 2023. She paid the specialist and claim back from Bonitas who paid the amount into my account in July 2023. In February 2024 Bonitas send an email stating that we need to pay back the money paid to us. Numerous emails and phone calls were made to Bonitas. Bonitas promised to get back to us but never did. We have all the reference numbers. This morning I received an email that our benefits are going to be suspended if we don't pay Bonitas the money. To date nobody could explain to us why do we need to pay the money back. We will not recommend Bonitas Medical Aid.
