Bonitas deducted twice from my account (R4000+) and when I raised the issue they refunded my previous company and not me personally after making that deduction from my account. I have been calling them for 2 weeks and no one is assisting. It’s easy for them to take our money but when they have to give a refund they give us the run around. I am very disappointed with their service.
