<p>Signed docs in March, no deductions April only to have R2052 deduction May with sms confirming membership from June, then May. Card came in mail May with spelling name errors, incorrect address even though ID was submitted. To make matters worse to date no correspondence has been rep**** to. Then the worst was going to doctor May and being told medical aid not active, tried again June at chemist and same issue. Cancelled June and as usual no acknowledgement????</p>
