The worst medical aid company I have ever dealt with in my 30 working years. So ***********, rude and time consuming procedures. Never speak to the same agent twice, even if requested. Keep on having to repeat yourself and each time you call they would like your life history as security. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible. would not recommend to anyone. Useless.
