Bonitas advertising is misleading. Bonitas is terrible to deal with. For 50 years I was with a closed fund called Nedbank Medical aid society. What a pleasure then they closed and moved us to Bonitas. What a disaster. Bonitas employ ***********s on the phone and to respond to emails, in fact they are all over the Company. They even employ people in their Chronic authorization dept who believe they know more than Cardiologists with years of experience. I believe that they are trained to turn everything down. Don't ever believe that they are there to help you. And as for DENIS they cant even provide a correct Tax return of amounts unpaid. When you phone in for a breakdown the guy on the phone line provided by Bonitas doesn't know what you are talking about. Save yourself a heart attack look for a proper Medical Aid that cares about you and not their profits.
