<p>Sent through proof of student registration in January 2017 to have my son registeted as a dependant. They required my id number. I sent it the same day. Two months later and not actioned. I called to speak to a consultant. Doreen Malafela asked for the reference number checked the system then promptly forgot to write it down and now Im waiting for a supervisor to revert.</p>
