BONITA'S (RIPOFF THE PENSIONER)

My wife and I are on the BONITAS BONDCAP *** option.<br> <br> My income verification for 2015 was sent in Feb15. I was incorrectly charged in Mar15 - Apr15 which was later corrected in May15. <br> <br> I noticed in Sep15 while viewing my bank statement that Bonitas charged me R4659 per month from July15 instead of the R964.50 per month which was the correct premium that I should pay based on my income verification. I called the call center numerous times but have received no answer.<br> <br> Due to the large premium amounts and considering that I am a pensioner I was forced to remove my wife of my medical aid thinking that would reduce my premiums in the short run while this problem was being resolved.<br> <br> Even after removing my wife I am still being charged R2464 per month.I should be paying substantially less as I fall under the lowest income bracket. I as well as my wife have spoken to numerous call center agents (received numerous reference numbers) but none can provide us with a answer or a refund for all the money that has been taken from my account.<br> <br> To make thing worse I am currently ill and in financial distress.<br> <br> Please would someone look at my case and assist me.<br> <br> <br>
