Bonita Medical Fund ignores

Hi. I sent an email query on 27th of May and a complaint on their website and completed a survey asking to be contacted. I only received a mail stating my query had been closed and to rate a person whom I never had contact with. Yet 8 business days later still no response. Poor service!
