Bonita doesn't care about me health

I'm not getting any assistance from you regarding my chronic illness, I have been complaining that I'm receiving my medication late from pharmacy direct because they always say that they didn't receive my prescription, the sister from the dr send the medication same day after consulting the Dr and I also send the prescription but they always say they don't receive my prescription, now instead of you assisting me you are taking me back to pharmacy direct. Pharmacy direct is not competent at all, we are talking about my life here, I'm frustrated because my medical aid is not assisting at all
