Boncore hell

It has come to my attention that virtual consultations I’ve made so far remain unpaid and my benefits clearly state that I get unlimited virtual consultations. Please pay the doctor because they are calling me endlessly.

First it was my claims always getting rejected at the pharmacy even though the benefit booster was activated and now it’s virtual consultations.

Honestly this Boncore option has been hell for me from its inception to date.
