Boncap tax certificate issues
BONCAP TAX CERTIFICATE delayed. How long does it take the tax dept at Boncap to correct the tax certificate. Logged multiple calls and spoke to many agents to no avail. You are delaying my submissions of my tax return. Please resolve ASAP. My wifes medical aid number is ***

Please advise on progress to get the tax certificate issue resolved. After endless calls weekly to the call centre and promises of receiving the info, nothing has happened. On my last call last week Monday was promised the certificates will be released on Friday the 05th Sept. Nothing has been sent as yet and no communication has been sent to members. Boncap you are letting your members down. You are a huge corporate that does not care for your paying members. PLEASE HAVE THE DECENCY TO COMMUNICATE THE PROGRESS TO US
