I have been querying claim that's been going back and forth from Feb with no proper assistance there has been a short payment apparently for using a non dsp but proof was sent for this due to no beds at depot. Then it was said the shortfall was due to hospital charging for half a day which was also sorted and everytime I call no one can assist and simply state that I will get feedback in 7 days and this goes on everytime. I need my money refunded since no one has any clue what the shortfall is. Even managers are clueless.
