BonCap Specialist Network for 2022 a joke
My mom has to go to her Specialist this year, last year Bonitas BonCap covered all expenses for the visit. This year her doctor is not on the Network Specialist list. They only have 1 Nephrologist on the list in Johannesburg. If she wants to see her chosen doctor she can only see him once and this will carry a 10% co-payment. This is outrageous! If you need a specialist you need to drive well out of your area to see one, this is totally unacceptable, this change needs to be rethought as I can promise you lots complaints and bad reviews in the future!
