Boncap poor service
Boncap option: really pathetic service. I have sent through my application on 24 January 2023 and they have not done anything yet. This morning I emailed to find out what is happening with my application and was told it will take another 8 to 9 days. 🤬🤬🤬 what the hell!!!! How pathetic is this service......
