Boncap -pathetic service

Boncap medical aid is the worst medical aid to ever join, their service and turnaround times are absolutely shocking. For an 80 year old member to have to deal with unnecessary medical bills is really shocking due to Boncap's incompetence in processing claims. Took me one year to have a hospital claim settled and we were too be black listed due to boncaps incompetence. I have another claim that was short paid and no one at boncap can assist. Its like the consultants don't even talk to each other, It is so frustrating to have to deal with incompetence and again the 80 year old member is to be blacklisted due to the claim not being paid in fill. There is no words to even describe how bad the service is.. I am definitely going to be looking at other medical aids.
